Service Description

Full Service: Initial Consultation This step is required at the beginning of every project. During this meeting, we will spend 2 hours assessing the project further, brainstorm design ideas, review service offerings, and helping to get an estimate of how much things are going to cost. TDD will be able to offer to suggestions, tips, and ideas to move forward with whether that be with our firm, someone else, or your contractor. Measurements are often taken at this time as well. The price is $400 +HST which is what is shown at the time of booking. Contract & Deposit At the end of the consult, we will know which service is the best fit for your project and we will review that process, pricing, and contract together. If you would like to move forward, we will send over a proposal and contracts for signature. Design Phase After the consultation, we move to the design phase. This can be anything from floor plans, 3-D renderings or sourcing. Once we have determined the look you're after and the items you need assistance with, we create a design proposal to move forward with our services. This is a flat rate fee so that there is no guess work on how many hours you will be paying us for when it is all said and done. Upon approval we will move forward with the project. The design process is split up into two phases, Concept Design and Detailed Design. Implementation Phase With this design approach, we are with you throughout the entire demo, renovation and/or furniture set up. We schedule all trades to get the job done and are on site when needed or at least once a week to check in on everything. With this being said, we work with various contractors and trade professionals that we know and trust their work.
