Service Description

A good design starts with carful planning. There are many components that go into creating a well thought out space that is not only beautiful but functional. We take the necessary time to listen carefully to your ideas and requirements for your space. After determining your vision, we get to work designing a perfectly curated space your home and lifestyle. We carefully source quality furnishings, colour palettes, materials, fabrics and finishes, lighting and window treatments that reflect your vision and then we assemble all of the items for presentation. It is important to see all of the components together, allowing you to see how they relate and why they work together to bring a room to completion. Items that are often overlooked: - How will lighting affect certain items? - How can I make this room function for all my needs? - How will this room and the items in it, relate to adjoining spaces? - How do I make all my selections coordinate together without making them match? We offer a variety of design packages to suit everyone as every job is different. Whether you're looking for a starting point or a complete design service and experience, we can help you achieve your dream space(s). We understand how overwhelming the process can be and how much work goes into it. For us, its easy, as we also understand all the steps that are necessary to bring your vision to life. Full Service: This approach takes you from start to finish and we are with you every step of the way. For this service, we always start with a consultation to review and discuss any and all design elements you are interested in. This is 2 hours of time and measurements are taken. After the consultation, we create a design proposal which includes a flat rate fee. Upon approval we will move forward with the project. Next, we move to the design phase. All items are sourced, a shopping list and spreadsheet or items are provided, pant colours, samples, 3-D renderings (upon request), floor plans and detailed installation instructions. A shopping consultation can also be requested (charged hourly). Once all items have been purchased and delivered, we schedule the reveal/ set-up day for artwork and accessories to be set up in your home. Check out our packages for further details.
